Baking soda works wonderfully for the de-acidification of human physical bodies, and internal human organs, and as I know acid-base balance is necessary for the human body to be healthy. However, there are substances in baking soda that adversely affect the work of human stomach acids. Therefore, we need to get rid of these substances from baking soda. How? It is very easy. Pour half a teaspoon of baking soda into a glass with a capacity of 150 – 200 ml. Pour boiling water over it to ¼ cup. We wait 10 seconds until the soda stops foaming. We pour cold water into the end of the glass and now we can drink it completely safely 😊

My advice. Let’s drink baking soda in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening for 30 minutes before going to sleep. After the evening consumption do not eat or drink anything. Let’s drink backing soda in the following time periods. First month 3 weeks and a 1-week break. The second and third months are the same. After three months, I suggest drinking for 1 week and 1 week off, 1 week and 1 week off, and so on all the time. Let’s take care of the balance of our pH to enjoy well-being and health 😊
